Yes, for Starter Unlimited and Pro Unlimited when you sign up on or before 31 October 2026. After that the setup fee is GHS 1,000. Business 1TB has a one-off setup fee of GHS 1,050.
Starter Unlimited and Pro Unlimited run for a minimum of 24 months from installation, paid monthly in advance. After 24 months the service continues month to month and either side can end it with 30 days' notice.
You pay only the part of the setup cost we have not yet recovered: GHS 1,000 × months remaining ÷ 24. You also return our equipment in working order. There is no other early-termination charge. See clause 9.1 of our terms.
Think of speed like a road: more lanes means more people online at once without slowing down. One lane carries about 3 HD videos or video calls at the same time. Starter and Pro Unlimited are a 10-lane highway (up to 150 Mbps), and Pro also gets a priority lane at busy times. Business 1TB is a 2-lane road (up to 30 Mbps). Your actual speed depends on your distance and line of sight to our network at your premises, which our free site survey checks before installation.
